Description

  • Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning algorithms for autonomy, trajectory prediction, and perception.
  • Iterate on predictive and decision-making models from training data and architecture through deployment.
  • Collaborate with research engineers to prototype and validate solutions from academic literature on agent behavior and environmental understanding.
  • Conduct experiments to benchmark new techniques and evaluate model behavior in dynamic or simulated environments.
  • Develop tools and frameworks that support scalable and reproducible research.
  • Communicate research findings to leadership in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Stay current with developments in autonomy and generative AI to identify relevant innovations.
  • Assist in transitioning research prototypes into production-ready systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computational Sciences, Machine Learning, or Informatics.
  • 5 years of experience developing, evaluating, and training AI models for audio or visual perception, language models, reinforcement learning, or related areas.
  • Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computational Sciences, Machine Learning, or Informatics can substitute for the bachelor’s degree requirement.
  • 3 years of experience developing, evaluating, and training AI models for audio or visual perception, language models, reinforcement learning, or related areas can substitute for the 5-year experience requirement.
