Description

  • Own the full product strategy and roadmap for Plug, UDS, and the data acquisition and processing pipelines that support them.
  • Lead a team of senior product managers across Plug, UDS, Acquisition, and Extraction.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to maintain a prioritized roadmap and deliver scoped features on time.
  • Work with customers, commercial teams, and executive leadership to identify product opportunities and define new features.
  • Build business cases for product investment and lead quarterly roadmap planning and squad structure design.
  • Balance the needs of external and internal users across businesses, software companies, service providers, and Arcadia employees.
  • Represent the Data Products team to commercial, customer success, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate customer escalations into product decisions and roadmap commitments into actionable guidance for Customer Success.
  • Own and guide product transitions and migrations affecting live customers and revenue.
  • Raise blockers early and stabilize in-flight work while improving what the team builds next.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years নেতৃত্বing a team of product managers in an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Deep experience owning data platform products such as API-first, pipeline-based, or data delivery products at enterprise scale.
  • Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder migration programs affecting live customers and revenue.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to read API specs and discuss data models and pipeline architecture with engineers.
  • Familiarity with modern data tooling such as Snowflake and DBT is a plus.
  • Track record of building and managing high-performing product teams in a fast-paced onsite and offshore operating model.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and handling difficult escalations.
  • Bias for shipping and prioritizing progress over perfection.
  • Experience in utility, energy, or climate tech, or adjacent regulated industries such as fintech or insurance, is preferred.
  • Experience managing product through a merger or acquisition is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data extraction, automation, or classification products is a plus.
  • Experience in developer platform product management is a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations is preferred.
  • AI-native product management experience is expected.
