Description

  • Build the core platform connecting civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural design workflows.
  • Develop and optimize physics models, computational geometry systems, and automated engineering workflows.
  • Build AI agents that reason across engineering documents, drawings, calculations, specifications, and design constraints.
  • Create workflows that turn project requirements into coordinated 3D models, engineering calculations, and construction documentation.
  • Develop robust interfaces and infrastructure that make engineering processes accessible, auditable, and repeatable.
  • Ship production software continuously in partnership with domain engineers and customers.
  • Own end-to-end development across backend systems, computational engines, and user-facing products.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build and ship real software products end to end.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and reliable system design.
  • Ability to work across the stack, from backend systems and computational engines to user-facing products.
  • High proficiency with AI coding agents.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn engineering fundamentals, physical constraints, and the built environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to make progress without detailed specifications.
  • Experience with computational geometry, CAD/BIM, simulation, physics engines, developer tools, or complex technical software is preferred.
  • No specific degree, engineering background, construction or data center experience, framework, or programming language expertise is required.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote role available in the US or Canada, excluding Quebec.
  • Base salary of US$200,000–$300,000 or CA$285,000–CA$430,000.
  • Founding-team equity.
  • Fully compensated health plans with 100% dependent coverage.
