Description

  • Run product demonstrations and support trial installations and beta implementations of Apryse SDKs.
  • Discover customer technical needs across features, platforms, deployment environments, document workflows, and file formats.
  • Advise on client-side and server-side SDK architectures for applications, APIs, and backend services.
  • Debug customer application code and guide technical implementations.
  • Own pre-sales technical support tickets and escalate risks to the sales team early.
  • Partner with sales and product engineering to propose commercially viable customer solutions.
  • Conduct occasional on-site customer workshops, technical evaluations, and implementation discussions.
  • Share customer feedback with product engineering to inform the product roadmap.
  • Monitor competitors and document standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish at C1 or native level and professional written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React or Angular, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Experience working with server-side applications, APIs, and deployment environments.
  • Experience supporting customers on technical issues in solutions engineering, integration, support engineering, or consulting.
  • Ability to work directly with customers remotely and occasionally on-site.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Evidence of building and debugging complex systems, such as a GitHub profile or technical writing.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with mobile development (Android or iOS) or .NET is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PDF and document processing, including conversion, content extraction, OCR, rendering, or automated workflows, is preferred.
  • Experience with Java, Linux, Docker, cloud deployments, containers, or backend architectures is preferred.
  • Pre-sales or sales-engineering experience, including demos and technical evaluations, is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Spanish-speaking customers in Spain or Latin America is preferred.
  • Italian at B2 level or above is preferred.
