Description

  • Own program execution end to end across multiple product lines and engineering organizations.
  • Set strategic direction for program planning and execution, including resource needs and roadmap accountability.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to coordinate solutions and adapt plans as priorities change.
  • Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership.
  • Define long-range program strategy, schedules, milestones, and execution frameworks.
  • Communicate program status, risks, trade-offs, requirements, goals, and decisions to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and develop other technical program managers.
  • Improve program management practices, frameworks, and tooling across the organization.
  • Challenge assumptions at the org level and help drive a results-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Physics is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management or engineering management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in both hardware and software.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at a senior or staff level.
  • Extensive experience leading complete hardware and software product life cycles from concept through deployment and scaled production.
  • Demonstrated success transitioning products from prototype to manufacturing, including DFM/DFA considerations and ramp management.
  • Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, firmware, product, software, and AI/ML teams on integrated systems.
  • Experience leading system integration and scaling hardware/software platforms into commercial production.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments and prioritize competing demands.
  • Preferred: Experience in robotics.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering.
