Description

  • Own the SDK integration process by creating documentation, sample scenarios, and recipe-style guidance for developers.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to clients and help them understand and use the platform effectively.
  • Ensure customers go live with Storyly on the planned dates.
  • Reduce recurring integration issues, technical bottlenecks, and onboarding problems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions and issues during onboarding.
  • Conduct technical kickoff meetings with new customers to learn app architecture and address integration questions.
  • Deliver tailored technical demos in collaboration with the assigned Customer Success Manager.
  • Own and maintain product documentation to ensure it is clear and complete for first-time integrations.
  • Create recipes and sample code snippets for frequently used use cases.
  • Participate in customer communication channels such as Slack and WhatsApp to support smooth onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent mobile industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the mobile space.
  • Technical-sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with an analytical mindset.
  • Technical mindset with a solid understanding of technical drawings.
  • Excellent English communication skills at native or professional level.
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple way.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of web-based content management platforms and the mobile development ecosystem.
  • Interest in new technological improvements in the mobile space.
