Description

Own full product responsibility for 2+ casual ad-monetized evergreen games.
Define and evolve feature roadmaps focused on improving LTV, retention, and ad revenue.
Own revenue projections and app P&L thinking, including UA economics, IPM, retention curves, and ARPDAU.
Approve creatives, validate hypotheses, and challenge data when results do not add up.
Decide when a game still has growth opportunities versus when it should move to maintenance.
Run a prioritized backlog and ship weekly releases to measure and learn quickly.
Design, write, and validate experiments, including PRDs and data review.
Take over traction-stage titles from R&D and scale them through SDK integration, LiveOps, feature releases, and monetization tuning.
Work closely with UA, creative, and monetization teams to support execution.
Use AI tools and automations to accelerate product work and build internal efficiency tools.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience on casual, ad-monetized, evergreen mobile games such as cards, words, puzzles, or similar.
Proven track record of improving retention, engagement, and ad monetization metrics such as ARPDAU, IPM, ad LTV, and day-7/day-30 retention.
Ability to code at a working level, including pulling data from BI, writing scripts, and prototyping without engineering support; this is a hard requirement.
AI-fluent, with daily use of AI tools and concrete examples of how they have improved output.
Strong lean startup mentality and comfort owning multiple projects, making decisions on partial data, and shipping fast without long roadmaps.
Senior-level autonomy with the ability to build forecasts, challenge stakeholders, and own outcomes.
Hungry, engaged, and flexible, with a willingness to adapt quickly when data changes direction.
Experience shipping real features on live titles and moving measurable metrics.
Ability to think in app P&L terms and understand UA economics.
Preferred: experience in mobile gaming specifically, especially casual titles in the ad-monetized evergreen category.
