Description

Lead implementations across growth marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Segment, Talon.One, and Hightouch.
Develop a complete understanding of each platform’s functionality and integration nuances.
Shadow other MarTech Implementation Consultants to learn platform and implementation best practices.
Guide clients through the implementation process from kickoff through completion.
Customize deliverables and timelines based on each project’s needs.
Manage all Ragnarok deliverables and client communications throughout the implementation.
Advise customers on marketing use cases and help define platform setup and execution.
Communicate testing, QA, and project updates directly with clients.
Coordinate routing and handoffs across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

2+ years of software implementation support experience.
5+ years of experience interacting with clients or key stakeholders.
5+ years of work experience in a corporate setting.
Experience with one or more platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Cordial, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Simondata, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, executives, and stakeholders.
Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Wrike, or Trello.
Familiarity with JSON or SQL.
Braze Onboarding Consultant Certification is a plus.
Experience with CDPs such as Segment, Tealium, Treasure Data, or mParticle is a plus.
Experience with marketing or product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus.
Direct technical integration experience working inside a codebase is a plus.
Knowledge of APIs, including making GET and POST calls, is a plus.
Understanding of IP warmup strategy, planning, and troubleshooting is a plus.
