Description

  • Lead implementations across growth marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Segment, Talon.One, Hightouch, and similar tools.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each platform and shadow other implementation consultants to learn integration nuances.
  • Guide clients through the end-to-end implementation process.
  • Customize deliverables and timelines to match each project’s specific needs.
  • Manage implementation deliverables and client communications throughout the engagement.
  • Advise clients on marketing use cases and how to set up and execute programs in the platform.
  • Coordinate testing, QA, updates, routing, and handoffs with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineers, executives, and other business partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software implementation support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience interacting with clients or key stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a corporate setting.
  • Braze Onboarding Consultant certification is required.
  • Experience with platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Cordial, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Simondata, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong email etiquette and ability to communicate testing, QA, and updates directly to clients.
  • Familiarity with JSON or SQL.
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Wrike, or Trello.
  • Experience with CDPs such as Segment, Tealium, Treasure Data, or mParticle, or analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel (preferred).
  • Direct technical integration experience working inside a codebase (preferred).
  • Knowledge of APIs and ability to make GET and POST calls (preferred).
  • Understanding of IP warmup strategy, planning, and troubleshooting (preferred).
