Description

  • Own the maps infrastructure across all products.
  • Define the map storage format to support additional features and scalable map data distribution.
  • Design and maintain systems for UIs, data pipelines, storage, and SDKs related to map data.
  • Collaborate with engineers on existing and future map designs and features.
  • Work directly with customers to shape product requirements and solutions.
  • Build and maintain software components or systems for mapping and localization use cases.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Experience building software components or systems that address real-world mapping and localization challenges.
  • Experience working in autonomous vehicles or simulation products.
  • Working knowledge of C++ and/or Python.
  • Experience with HD maps infrastructure or related map systems is preferred.
  • Experience with data pipelines, storage systems, UIs, or SDKs is preferred.
  • Relevant experience, credentials, certifications, educational attainment, and interview performance may influence compensation.
  • Must be able to work primarily in-office 5 days a week, with occasional remote flexibility.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $125,000 to $222,000 USD annually.
