Description

  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Team Leaders, Product Marketing, and Support in a self-organizing product team.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable applications primarily using Effect-TS and Node.js.
  • Apply engineering practices including automated testing, code reviews, pair programming, and ownership of production systems.
  • Automate cloud services and configuration management for scalability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Contribute to product strategy, customer-focused decisions, and the full lifecycle from ideation through maintenance.
  • Champion improvements to team processes, products, innovation, and engineering culture.
  • Work with Support and customers to gather feedback and improve product quality.
  • Mentor teammates and help shape the team’s culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering multiple scalable, high-volume cloud applications.
  • Proficiency in full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript development.
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and practical implementation experience.
  • Deep architectural knowledge of web applications, including performance, quality, and security.
  • Solid computer science foundations, including algorithms, computational complexity, and object-oriented programming.
  • Product-oriented mindset with the ability to influence product decisions.
  • Willingness and ability to mentor team members and contribute to team culture.
  • English proficiency at CEFR B2 or higher.
  • Knowledge of Effect.js and Express.js preferred.
  • Experience with AI models and tools such as Cursor, Atlassian Forge, Jira, or Jira Service Management preferred.
