Description

  • Lead planning and execution of GenAI data projects from scope definition through delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects or defined components of larger programs.
  • Own project timelines, quality benchmarks, budget, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships throughout project execution.
  • Drive accurate forecasting and proactive risk mitigation to protect delivery commitments.
  • Align internal teams, external contributors, and clients on expectations and execution standards.
  • Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve productivity and delivery quality using data-driven decisions.
  • Provide structured communication and regular daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to stakeholders.
  • Establish project closure practices, capture lessons learned, and improve operating processes.
  • Develop repeatable workflows and scalable delivery models to accelerate execution while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, technical operations, or AI/ML data programs, ideally in high-volume data operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high delivery and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with large language models or generative AI.
  • Experience with data annotation or AI training data projects is strongly preferred.
  • Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated risk management and forecasting discipline in project environments.
  • Strong data orientation with the ability to interpret dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and make metric-driven operational decisions.
  • Working knowledge of Excel or SQL; basic coding or data skills are preferred.
  • Project management qualification, ideally PMP, or certification from Udemy, Coursera, or Google.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Linguistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Advanced degree is a plus.
