Description

  • Design stable, cost-efficient automation architectures that support GenAI data delivery at scale.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and deploy scalable workflows across ADAP, Mercury, and related tools.
  • Validate workflow performance and resolve technical issues during pilot phases before production release.
  • Develop lightweight scripts and integrations to automate manual processes and bridge platform gaps.
  • Monitor deployed automations and refine them to maintain reliability and scalability over time.
  • Establish reusable automation frameworks that support consistent delivery across projects.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners, Delivery, and Solutions teams to support implementation and execution.
  • Maintain version-controlled repositories and clear documentation for automation solutions.
  • Lead training sessions and promote automation best practices across the team.

Requirements

  • Experience identifying and designing automation opportunities that drive measurable efficiency and cost savings.
  • Experience configuring, testing, and deploying solutions across internal platforms such as ADAP and Mercury.
  • Ability to develop, document, and maintain lightweight scripts or services to optimize workflows.
  • Experience leading technical validation during pilot phases to ensure production readiness.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Client Partners, Delivery, and Solutions teams.
  • Discipline in maintaining version-controlled repositories and clear documentation.
  • Commitment to scalability, reliability, and return on investment in automation design.
  • Ability to train and upskill teams on automation best practices.
