Description

  • Design and implement architecture for Oracle Cloud applications, with emphasis on Oracle CX solutions.
  • Lead integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and related integration technologies.
  • Design and support Oracle Redwood user experiences and UI modernization initiatives.
  • Guide development teams on Oracle best practices, technical architecture, and solution design.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Implement performance tuning and optimization for Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Oversee successful delivery of Oracle solutions to align with architectural standards and business objectives.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration designs, and implementation artifacts.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges through practical and innovative solutions.
  • Participate in internal projects and provide support to other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent commensurate experience.
  • At least 10 years of related experience, including work as an Oracle Technical Architect supporting Oracle Cloud applications and Oracle CX.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UX and modern Oracle Cloud user interface design principles.
  • Strong proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise system integrations.
  • Proven experience with system integration, performance optimization, and enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated leadership and successful delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required by customer projects.
  • Ability to work full time during Apex IT business hours, including outside regular hours when required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn organization- and industry-specific software and hardware.
