Description

  • Own the product line end to end, from discovery and positioning through launch and adoption.
  • Determine where AI models should be incorporated into the product experience.
  • Write specifications, design workflows, build prototypes, and partner with design and engineering to ship features.
  • Design evaluation frameworks, test suites, and feedback loops to measure and improve model output quality.
  • Define product guardrails to ensure outputs are safe, explainable, and trustworthy.
  • Shape the underlying data foundation, including data needs and normalization priorities.
  • Run regular customer feedback sessions with operators, asset managers, and ownership groups to drive prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and existing product teams to support successful product adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience at a high-growth startup or technology company.
  • Experience owning at least one 0-to-1 product from concept through launch and adoption.
  • Track record of shipping products that customers actively use; founder or co-founder experience is encouraged.
  • Strong product judgment and design sensibility.
  • Experience leading customer discovery and turning qualitative feedback into product direction.
  • Experience defining quality metrics and building evaluation loops to improve products.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs or the ability to learn modern AI tools quickly.
  • Bias toward action, rapid iteration, and practical execution.
  • Experience in BI, analytics, or data platforms is preferred.
  • PropTech, multifamily, or real estate experience is a plus.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
