Description

  • Lead customer acquisition copy across audiences, channels, funnel stages, and global markets.
  • Build brand awareness and drive views, conversation, and conversion through copy.
  • Develop and evolve voice, tone, and messaging guidelines for the organization.
  • Collaborate with creative, project management, channel, agency, and executive partners.
  • Own a copy-first organic social strategy on X and Threads.
  • Contribute to paid social creative, including concepts, scripts, headlines, and related copy.
  • Support upper- and lower-funnel creative across channels such as social, email, TV, and paid media.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience in-house or at an agency.
  • Ability to draft, version, and iterate copy quickly and cleanly.
  • Strong social media concepting and scripting experience for organic and paid channels.
  • Evidence-based, insights-driven creative approach.
  • Comfort with feedback and ability to apply it effectively.
  • Experience shipping large work with a small team.
  • Ability to create localized messaging for more than one national market.
  • Comfort using AI tools and adopting them early.
  • A personal connection to home services is a plus.
