Description

  • Operate robotic systems through teleoperation equipment to collect task demonstration data.
  • Execute manipulation demonstration protocols for tasks such as grasping, tool use, assembly, and equipment setup.
  • Upload, label, and organize collected data for AI training pipelines.
  • Identify and report issues during data collection, including equipment failures, edge cases, and task ambiguities.
  • Work closely with the AI engineering team to refine data collection procedures.
  • Follow equipment maintenance, safety, and shutdown procedures.
  • Maintain a safe operating environment for team members and robotic hardware.

Requirements

  • Excellent physical coordination, spatial awareness, and fine motor control.
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Quick learner who can master new physical task sequences rapidly.
  • Strong attention to detail and tolerance for repetitive work.
  • Comfortable receiving and incorporating daily feedback.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Experience operating robots, drones, or remote-controlled systems preferred.
  • Experience with VR/AR equipment preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience troubleshooting electromechanical systems preferred.
  • Prior military or defense industry experience preferred.
