Description

  • Design original optics problems that simulate real physics research workflows.
  • Create problems that are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Develop problems that require non-trivial reasoning in mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and quantum mechanics.
  • Base problem sets on real research challenges or practical applications from optics and physics practice.
  • Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.
  • Contribute to project-based AI tasks during active project phases, typically around 10–20 hours per week.
  • Complete qualification steps and project tasks through the platform workflow.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physics (theoretical, experimental, or computational) or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, including applied, research, or teaching experience.
  • Experience with numerical simulation methods.
  • Ability to design problems that mirror real physics research workflows.
  • Creative thinking in problem design across diverse physics areas.
  • Familiarity with physics modeling and approximation techniques.
  • Strong written English at C1+ level.
  • Willingness to work on part-time, non-permanent project-based assignments.
  • Ability to submit a CV in English and indicate English proficiency level.
