Description

  • Oversee day-to-day test site operations, including logistics, inventory management, staffing, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate high-profile client visits, demonstrations, and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track equipment maintenance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Translate ambiguous operational problems into structured frameworks and actionable strategies.
  • Coordinate with departments such as IT, Finance, Engineering, Facilities, Growth, and Deployments to drive projects to completion.
  • Gather requirements and translate them into project specifications for new builds and retrofit projects.
  • Develop cost estimates and manage budgets for greenfield projects and capital improvements.
  • Partner with Finance/FP&A on cash flow forecasting and prepare financial reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years in construction, operations, or product/program management roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple large projects concurrently, ideally 3–5+ at a rapid pace.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a people-centric approach to solving operational challenges.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to develop clear frameworks for ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging stakeholders and executives with strong leadership visibility.
  • Experience managing and developing team members with a focus on continuous feedback and growth.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
