Description

  • Map target companies and identify passive Business Development, Capture Management, and Sales leaders through advanced sourcing, market research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build meaningful relationships with senior growth candidates through tailored outreach and mission-driven candidate engagement.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for critical business development roles to support market capture hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to align sourcing strategies with capture targets, customer profiles, and business growth goals.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics, response rates, and market data to improve outreach effectiveness and talent acquisition workflows.
  • Use deep knowledge of the defense contracting and DoD ecosystems to position Anduril’s mission to top growth talent.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a track record of hiring for Business Development, Capture, Sales, or Account Management roles.
  • Strong understanding of the business development lifecycle, including pipeline development, proposal management, and capture strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence relationship-driven candidates.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using sourcing metrics and market analysis to guide decisions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of Government Business Development and GovCon, including federal procurement, capture management, and proposal phases (preferred).
  • Understanding of federal procurement, defense acquisition cycles, or military customer demographics (preferred).
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and solve hard-to-fill sourcing challenges creatively (preferred).
