Description

  • Interface with internal programs and external customers as a systems engineer.
  • Develop model-based systems engineering artifacts based on stakeholder needs.
  • Work with functional teams to ensure artifacts are complete and accurate.
  • Prepare contractual deliverables and present artifacts at stakeholder meetings and events.
  • Support mission systems integration and systems engineering capabilities for mission autonomy programs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of digital and systems engineering strategy.
  • Build and maintain systems engineering artifacts that reflect Anduril's platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field with a focus on AI/ML and autonomous systems.
  • 7+ years of systems engineering experience across the lifecycle in mission autonomy systems.
  • Familiarity with algorithm design and implementation for autonomous systems.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and computer vision.
  • Experience with mission systems integration, particularly for AI-driven decision-making systems.
  • Understanding of sensor fusion techniques and their application in autonomous systems.
  • Experience implementing requirements-based testing frameworks.
  • Experience with systems engineering, requirements elicitation and management, integration, and test activities on complex AI/ML-driven systems.
  • Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, or similar modeling frameworks applied to mission autonomy systems.
  • Experience developing model-based systems engineering artifacts such as operational viewpoints, system viewpoints, activity diagrams, use case diagrams, BDDs, IBDs, and parametric diagrams.
  • Experience with Cameo MagicDraw or similar systems engineering software such as Rhapsody or SparxEA in an AI/ML context.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for mission autonomy systems artifacts.
  • Current active U.S. Secret security clearance and ability to maintain it.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • Mission modeling experience with OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Integrated Fire Control missions (preferred).
  • Experience with the Cameo Simulation Toolkit plugin for Cameo MagicDraw (preferred).
  • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certification (preferred).
