Description

  • Contribute to the direction of a small team with technical expertise and ideas.
  • Prototype state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile development environment.
  • Implement high-performance software across tactical systems and web applications.
  • Use modeling, simulation, and analysis tools to quantify the value of new technology.
  • Engage with customers to support mission-critical outcomes.
  • Work across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Help colleagues and customers understand technical work and rationale.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience.
  • Experience with C/C++ and Python.
  • Experience with big data, NoSQL, and database technologies.
  • Background in software design, algorithm implementation, testing, analysis, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and classification.
  • Knowledge of applied mathematics, including differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes.
  • Knowledge of engineering topics including controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
