Description

  • Lead OT risk assessments and gap analyses, and develop a multi-year OT security roadmap.
  • Architect and implement defensive security controls for cloud, production, and corporate environments.
  • Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of security tools.
  • Build systems that improve automation, visibility, and threat detection across security and infrastructure teams.
  • Drive security initiatives independently and promote a security-first mindset across the organization.
  • Work closely with factory production teams to review designs and use cases and ensure environments are secure by design.

Requirements

  • Experience with routing, switching, and network design principles.
  • Familiarity with zero trust architecture and segmentation strategies for OT networks.
  • Experience conducting security architecture or design reviews for OT/ICS environments.
  • Experience with threat modeling frameworks, including MITRE ATT&CK for ICS or similar concepts.
  • Experience programming in one or more general-purpose languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
  • Experience developing and implementing defensive controls in corporate and industrial production environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects.
  • Participation in or support of incident response events.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Familiarity with OT protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, and Ethernet/IP.
  • Experience with ICS/SCADA vendor platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Honeywell.
  • Experience building bespoke solutions in high-growth, high-complexity network environments.
  • Strong experience with Linux operating systems.
