Description

  • Lead the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions and translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations across HRIS, ATS, compensation, and performance management systems.
  • Configure timekeeping and compliance policies to support hourly workforce scheduling, payroll accuracy, and labor compliance.
  • Identify manual processes and lead automation projects that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Redesign People processes with stakeholders to make them scalable, simple, and compliant.
  • Own change management for system updates and technology implementations, including rollout plans, communications, and training.
  • Perform system audits, reconciliations, and testing to maintain accurate, compliant, and secure data.
  • Act as a primary administrator for People systems, including configuration, permissions, organizational structures, and master data.
  • Build dashboards and reports to provide headcount, hiring, attrition, and compensation insights.
  • Troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and provide training and support to People team members and managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles, ideally in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS configuration, system builds, and end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience with Rippling, Greenhouse, Chart Hop, Workday, or equivalent systems strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and compliance policies for hourly workforces, including scheduling and payroll accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, with experience performing audits and supporting data privacy compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems with minimal direction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to employees at all levels.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach to continuously improving systems and processes.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex scenarios and recommend strategic, technology-driven solutions that scale.
