Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic security partner and embedded lead for the Frontier Systems Division.
  • Collaborate with division operations leadership to integrate security into mission objectives and business growth.
  • Drive early security engagement in new business pursuits, bid/no-bid decisions, and proposal development.
  • Interpret complex customer and contractual security requirements for division programs.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to the security team supporting Frontier Systems programs.
  • Work with Industrial/Special Programs Security, Classified IT, Facilities, and other stakeholders to apply security best practices across program operations.
  • Translate ambiguous security requirements into clear, actionable, and resourced execution plans.
  • Anticipate changes in government security policies, procedures, and threat landscapes to maintain compliance and operational readiness.
  • Integrate security into system design, infrastructure planning, and product development from the outset.
  • Support programs operating at multiple classification levels, including collateral and SAP/SCI environments.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of related security experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), SAP Mid-Level, or similar certification.
  • Strong understanding of DoDM 5205.07, ICD-705, 32 CFR Part 117, and related IC guidance.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with multiple government customers and program management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously to solve problems.
  • Ability to meet timelines and prioritize demands effectively.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of originality and initiative requiring minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel in support of business unit initiatives.
  • Active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance that can be maintained.
  • Experience supporting programs across multiple classification levels, including collateral to SAP/SCI, is essential.
  • Familiarity with DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partner collaboration is preferred.
