Description

  • Support the receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
  • Ensure physical inventory locations and quantities match the ERP system.
  • Execute cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Production on inventory counts and locations.
  • Improve processes to address root causes of discrepancies.
  • Supply the production floor with materials through daily kitting aligned to the monthly production plan.
  • Optimize physical storage space and inventory organization.
  • Handle, transport, and move materials up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Requirements

  • High school or vocational school diploma.
  • 5+ years of experience in material management, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills (preferred).
