Description

  • Plan and execute deployment events, including site installations, demonstrations, training, maintenance visits, and test exercises.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and other functions to achieve mission success.
  • Manage the full deployment process from site survey and testing through pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment.
  • Build and maintain trust with customers, industry partners, users, and internal teammates through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Serve as the customer’s subject matter expert and the voice of the customer to Anduril engineers.
  • Develop deep mission expertise, including threats, regulatory constraints, resource limits, and rules of engagement.
  • Develop strong product expertise across Anduril’s Air Defense Family of Systems, including capabilities, limitations, and performance against different threat profiles.
  • Represent Anduril professionally in a high-stakes OCONUS environment and communicate user feedback and lessons learned back to the company.
  • Anticipate contingencies, assess and mitigate risk, and improve deployment processes over time.

Requirements

  • Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
  • Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
  • Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers and building influence through relationships.
  • Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, including about 35% in Asia-Pacific and 15% other travel.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Prior experience working in the Asia-Pacific region (preferred).
  • Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred.
