Description

  • Review and audit company travel expenses in high volumes on a daily basis.
  • Ensure expense coding is accurate, including project codes and GL categories.
  • Identify and audit non-compliant, fraudulent, or duplicate expense submissions.
  • Support month-end close by tracking open expenses awaiting approval or completion.
  • Respond promptly to internal messages, emails, and Jira tickets in a customer-support-oriented role.
  • Communicate with employees and managers weekly to explain policies and procedures.
  • Help define long-term audit processes and procedures as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience with T&E reporting and processing.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse and complex sources into actionable insights.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with advanced AI platforms such as Claude, Palantir, or similar technologies is highly preferred.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Customer-centered mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team-player mentality with a willingness to handle any task.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to work with high autonomy.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
