Description

  • Own operational projects end-to-end from definition through solution and implementation.
  • Build and manage headcount planning processes for TRS as the division scales.
  • Identify issues across work streams and lead projects that improve financial or operational performance.
  • Monitor recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans and recommend resource reallocations to leadership.
  • Run division reporting rhythms by tracking performance across growth, finance, engineering, production, and people.
  • Support recurring leadership business reviews, all-hands, and other division-wide events.
  • Coordinate executive leadership meetings, including agendas, action items, and follow-through.
  • Execute special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure.
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, and Growth teams.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of varied experience in consulting, finance, an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or a similar background.
  • Experience solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
  • High ownership, low ego, strong outcome orientation, and humility.
  • Ability to translate operational problems into data problems and execute on solutions.
  • Fast learner with strong judgment and discernment.
  • Tactical mindset with willingness to work beyond a high-level view.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
