Description

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Engineering, and Technical Operations to execute deployments successfully.
  • Own and manage the full Deployment Operations lifecycle for all deployments within the assigned business line.
  • Communicate deployment status and requirements to internal and external stakeholders using JIRA, Oracle, Odoo, Slack, email, and meetings.
  • Create detailed deployment plans to ensure people and hardware are in the right place at the right time.
  • Solve problems and remove obstacles for the team and partners to keep deployments on track.
  • Support the team by taking on tasks of any size and contributing to overall deployment execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Deployment Operations processes to reduce burden on internal customers.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop Operations & Logistics Associates supporting the business line.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management, with a focus on international operations.
  • Experience working on Middle East operations and/or programs.
  • Ability to travel based on business needs.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • FMS and DCS experience preferred.
  • Experience balancing concurrent complex projects or tasks, preferably in a manufacturing or hardware environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and balancing workloads to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working across departments, management, customers, and government representatives.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, remove obstacles, and work effectively in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a relentless approach to identifying and engaging the right stakeholders.
