Description

  • Lead planning, deployment, and field support for Anduril’s hardware and software products in customer missions.
  • Train end users and ensure products perform effectively in operational environments.
  • Work with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to resolve product issues quickly.
  • Own customer and executive relationships and support account growth through customer success.
  • Meet commercial targets that contribute to top-line growth.
  • Partner with customers to understand mission challenges and translate them into product needs.
  • Represent the customer perspective to Anduril engineers and help shape product development.
  • Coordinate across internal teams including business development, product, finance, legal, and contracting to ensure successful deployments.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the customer engagement and deployment process.
  • Identify operational gaps or breakdowns and help solve them promptly.

Requirements

  • Directly tied to an ongoing, funded program within Anduril's Counter-Intrusion Business line.
  • Comfort interacting with and briefing all levels of government personnel, from front-line operators to GOFOs/SES, on capabilities and operational updates.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Border Security experience is a plus.
  • Prior military or contracting experience is helpful.
  • Experience with programming, scripting, or networking is a plus.
