Description

  • Support the development and execution of a counterintelligence analysis capability for defense-industry threats and requirements.
  • Coordinate with DoD, the Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement to gather relevant threat information and monitor adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and leverage data needed for threat research and analysis.
  • Review and analyze data from multiple sources to identify anomalous behavior and other indicators of risk.
  • Produce tailored analytic products, reports, case studies, and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement analytic methodologies to assess counterintelligence and insider threats.
  • Provide analytic support to suspected CI and insider-threat investigations.
  • Create internal standard operating procedures, processes, frameworks, and recurring leadership metrics for CI analysis.
  • Represent the team in internal meetings and working groups with product, supply chain, legal, and security teams.
  • Develop CI training, awareness materials, and briefings for internal audiences.
  • Continuously evaluate global threat intelligence and trends that could affect Anduril.
  • Travel as needed to support analytic reviews at Anduril sites or external events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in CI investigations or analysis, intelligence operations or analysis, or assessing complex nation-state and insider threats.
  • Experience using critical thinking to solve complex problems and produce analysis and recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use multiple data sets and tools for research, analysis, risk assessments, and mitigation recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering CI awareness messaging to broad audiences in both written and verbal formats.
  • Experience providing analysis to support CI and/or insider-threat investigations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of intelligence threats facing the industry.
  • Excellent critical thinking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze and communicate complex risks effectively.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing defense-industry security is preferred.
  • Experience conducting analysis of nation-state threats for government or private industry is preferred.
  • Formal analytic training and/or certifications are preferred.
  • Experience designing and executing CI/security training is preferred.
  • Prior experience partnering with legal, HR, and InfoSec teams is preferred.
