Description

  • Support the development and execution of a counterintelligence analysis capability tailored to defense industry threats and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Law Enforcement to obtain relevant threat information and track adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify data needed for research and analysis of nation-state and insider threats.
  • Review and analyze data from multiple sources to identify anomalous behaviors and indicators of risk.
  • Produce tailored analytic products, reports, case studies, and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement analytic methodologies to assess counterintelligence and insider threats.
  • Support investigations of suspected counterintelligence and insider threat incidents with analytic findings and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain internal SOPs, processes, frameworks, and recurring leadership metrics for CI analysis.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and working groups with product, supply chain, legal, and security teams.
  • Develop CI training, awareness materials, and briefings for internal audiences, and travel as needed for site reviews or external events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security or Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in counterintelligence investigations or analysis, intelligence operations or analysis, or assessing complex nation-state and insider threats.
  • Experience using critical thinking to solve complex problems and produce analysis and recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use multiple data sets and tools to support research, analysis, risk assessments, and mitigation recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering CI awareness messaging to broad audiences in written and verbal formats.
  • Experience providing analysis in support of counterintelligence and/or insider threat investigations.
  • Strong understanding of the intelligence threats facing the defense industry.
  • Excellent critical thinking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze and communicate complex risks effectively.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and standards governing defense industry security (preferred).
  • Experience conducting analysis of nation-state threats for government or private industry (preferred).
  • Formal analytic training and/or certifications (preferred).
  • Experience designing and delivering CI or security training (preferred).
  • Experience partnering with legal, HR, and InfoSec teams to improve processes and outcomes (preferred).
