Description

  • Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes that support how the company runs.
  • Turn unclear or messy problems into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
  • Build and maintain analytical models in Excel and other tools to support planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making.
  • Work directly with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights that inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Business Development, divisions, and other functional leaders.
  • Prepare concise, high-quality materials for executive and leadership reviews.
  • Take ownership of workstreams and form data-backed points of view.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or an internal strategy & operations role.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data.
  • Ability to move between detailed analysis and the big picture.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
