Description

  • Own the full client lifecycle for protocol clients from demo through onboarding, support, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Manage day-to-day client operations including data changes, user additions, bug fixes, and other service requests.
  • Upload, review, and validate client spreadsheets and data for accuracy.
  • Build and configure APIs that connect the platform to clients' custody accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-reported bugs and needs, working directly with engineering.
  • Lead a portfolio of pre-launch and post-launch protocol clients across a growing book of business.
  • Provide status updates to clients and coordinate internally to resolve client requests, feature requests, and bugs.
  • Partner with sales to identify, pursue, and convert investor prospects.
  • Surface client issues and opportunities through a high cadence of meetings and ongoing relationship management.
  • Expand existing relationships through upsells and other commercial opportunities.

Requirements

  • Crypto background with the ability to speak credibly with protocol teams and token issuers.
  • Experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or sales, combined with operational execution ability.
  • Strong data and spreadsheet skills, including data validation and quality control.
  • Experience with API configuration or technical integration work.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort managing multiple client relationships and a high meeting volume.
  • High organization and reliability under a heavy workload of concurrent relationship and operational tasks.
  • Commercial instinct to identify expansion, upsell, and conversion opportunities.
  • Preferred: experience at a custody provider, exchange, or token infrastructure company.
  • Preferred: experience working alongside sales teams on prospect conversion.
  • No exceptions for in-person onboarding as part of security and IT setup.
