Description

  • Own market strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for stablecoin infrastructure and cross-border payment offerings.
  • Drive positioning and GTM strategy for stablecoin issuance and correspondent banking products.
  • Translate complex infrastructure, technical, and regulatory details into clear institutional value propositions.
  • Build scalable messaging, sales enablement, and competitive frameworks that help teams articulate differentiation and win in market.
  • Lead stablecoin marketing strategy and execution across functions to support revenue impact.
  • Manage ambiguity and competing priorities across launches, partnerships, and deals while aligning customer needs with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business line leads, product teams, and sales teams to build product narratives and integrate stablecoin offerings into platform strategy.
  • Develop market-facing materials grounded in stablecoin product knowledge, institutional positioning, and regulatory posture.
  • Listen to customers, sales, and market signals to surface insights that shape strategy, messaging, and roadmap.
  • Provide clear, authoritative perspectives that influence stakeholders and guide decision-making.

Requirements

  • Track record of shaping positioning and go-to-market for complex financial or crypto infrastructure.
  • Experience translating technical and regulatory depth into market leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to influence product and revenue strategy and drive outcomes in start-up or high-growth environments.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Judgment and presence to partner across product, sales, compliance, and leadership.
