Description

  • Partner with Customer Solutions & Enablement colleagues to guide technical testing and implementation from pre-sales through post-go-live.
  • Lead technical implementation design for direct and third-party integrations and help clients reach go-live targets.
  • Build and refine the developer portal as a self-service education and validation tool.
  • Author documentation, tutorials, scripts, and Postman collections to simplify complex API workflows.
  • Implement smart triage processes and automation to speed up diagnosis and resolution of implementation issues.
  • Develop test harnesses and maintain validation tools for off-chain flow testing.
  • Monitor APIs at the endpoint and workflow level to identify UX inefficiencies before they affect clients.
  • Design tailored architectures and flow-of-funds diagrams to support the sales and implementation process.
  • Identify API gaps and collaborate with Product to drive parity with UI capabilities.
  • Use client feedback, usage analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve API standards, product strategy, and the overall developer experience.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience supporting client system design in a Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Experience capacity.
  • 1-3 years of experience building, designing, or implementing APIs.
  • Background in engineering and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep focus on end-user experience and creating business value.
  • Preferred experience with API testing or basic scripting.
  • Preferred experience contributing to technical documentation or client-facing enablement materials.
  • Preferred experience leading client solution design sessions across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-described as creative, humble, ambitious, detail oriented, hard working, trustworthy, eager to learn, methodical, action oriented, and tenacious.
