Description

  • Architect, maintain, and optimize enterprise systems such as Google Workspace, Kandji MDM, and related SaaS integrations.
  • Build automated provisioning workflows using SCIM, APIs, and identity management platforms to support user lifecycle processes.
  • Lead technical design and implementation of enterprise system integrations with attention to scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Manage device management infrastructure, including MDM policies, hardware provisioning workflows, and endpoint security configurations.
  • Collaborate with Security and Enterprise Technology teams on audits, compliance requirements, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Provide reliable systems administration and escalated technical support during high-volume periods or when coverage is needed.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions that balance security, usability, and operational efficiency.
  • Create technical documentation, system architecture guidance, and knowledge-sharing materials to support the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise identity and systems platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, or similar.
  • Deep hands-on configuration experience with enterprise identity and systems platforms.
  • Strong expertise with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
  • Experience with policy management, device provisioning, Chrome OS management, and security configurations.
  • Proven experience implementing SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC.
  • Experience implementing SCIM provisioning across multiple SaaS applications.
  • Track record of building automations and integrations through APIs, scripting, or platform-native tools to reduce manual administration.
  • Pragmatic approach to balancing strategic systems work with operational support needs, including willingness to assist with user-facing issues when needed.
  • Scripting or programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or Bash for custom integrations and automation (preferred).
  • Experience with Google Workspace API, Okta API, or other enterprise platform APIs for advanced automation (preferred).
  • Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or highly regulated industries (preferred).
