Description

  • Lead client kick-off calls to align expectations, define roles, and clarify hiring needs.
  • Own the client experience from post-sale handoff through onboarding and ongoing retention.
  • Communicate the recruitment process, timelines, cadence, and deliverables to clients.
  • Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and feedback happen on schedule.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Follow up with clients to keep hiring processes moving and prevent delays.
  • Coordinate offer extensions, pre-boarding paperwork, and candidate logistics.
  • Conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins after placement to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
  • Monitor client issues and escalate concerns before they become critical.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts, including additional headcount or new roles.
  • Maintain accurate records in Monday.com, Workable, and the internal CRM/ATS.
  • Help refine client-facing SOPs and playbooks to improve delivery processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Account Management, Recruitment Account Management, or B2B Customer Success.
  • Experience working with U.S. startups.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills at a native or bilingual level.
  • Comfortable using CRM/ATS and collaboration tools such as Workable, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom, and Fathom.
  • Ability to work reliably in full U.S. Central or Pacific time zones.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; summa, magna, or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar status from a reputable college is preferred.
  • Experience managing recruitment pipelines in a remote staffing or BPO environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with U.S. startup culture, especially Series B/C companies, is preferred.
  • Experience with ATS or CRM integrations is a bonus.
  • Experience scaling client delivery processes is a bonus.
