Description

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with the goal of maximizing ROI on the Anaplan platform.
  • Own and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews that connect platform capabilities to customer priorities.
  • Advise customers on establishing a Center of Excellence and governance structure to support scale and self-sufficiency.
  • Drive measurable ROI and business outcomes across onboarding, implementation, and adoption phases.
  • Monitor platform usage, sponsorship, and customer health to identify risks and protect renewals.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to adoption, value realization, and growth objectives.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities, including AI use cases, across key business functions.
  • Partner with Sales, Renewal Managers, and Account Executives to build pipeline, mitigate renewal risk, and grow accounts.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally and act as the primary escalation point for issues and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, presales, or management consulting.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in FP&A or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Consultative, value-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, operations, or supply chain.
  • CA or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience engaging with enterprise stakeholders and executive-level customers (preferred).
