Description

  • Work closely with the CTO, CPO, Product Manager, and Engineering Manager to shape product direction and align on priorities.
  • Translate strategic ideas into product opportunities, bets, and deliverables.
  • Lead discovery work using customer insight, product understanding, and data where appropriate.
  • Create lean product briefs, user flows, and wireframes to align teams quickly.
  • Own and manage the team’s backlog, including prioritisation, refinement, and scoping for development.
  • Collaborate daily with engineers to explore solutions, manage trade-offs, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Drive delivery across experiments, proof of concepts, MVPs, initial releases, and more developed features.
  • Break down complex ideas into iterative deliverables and decide what to pursue, iterate, pause, or stop.
  • Ensure successful initiatives are prepared for handoff to Core or Growth teams when appropriate.
  • Maintain clarity across ambiguous and evolving problem spaces while supporting meaningful product outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a B2B SaaS or technical product environment.
  • Proven ability to work across both discovery and delivery.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technically complex products.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate high-level ideas into actionable product increments.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, or early-stage product concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Degree in a numerate or technical discipline such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering (nice to have).
  • Experience working on analytics platforms, tracking technologies, or data-heavy products (nice to have).
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions in a SaaS product (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with privacy, compliance, or EU regulatory environments such as GDPR or ePrivacy (nice to have).
