Description

  • Identify, assess, and track program participants’ technical assistance needs.
  • Develop plans and strategies to address participant needs and support progress toward program milestones.
  • Create technical assistance resources such as briefs, memos, guides, templates, checklists, FAQs, and case studies.
  • Develop, host, and support webinars and office hours.
  • Design communications for diverse audiences and delivery channels.
  • Facilitate participant discussions, synthesize common themes, and provide guidance for participant success.
  • Lead meetings and present information to internal teams and clients.
  • Manage content on online collaboration platforms, including resource libraries and discussion posts.
  • Document technical assistance processes and procedures.
  • Compile and interpret engagement metrics for program activities and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or a doctoral degree.
  • Experience designing and delivering technical assistance activities and resources for varied audiences.
  • Experience developing communications for newsletters, collaboration sites, and public-facing websites.
  • Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis, including surveys and interviews.
  • Experience translating policy into practical, actionable information.
  • Experience providing technical assistance for Medicaid programs or state Medicaid offices.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health practices, clinicians, and integrated care delivery.
  • Knowledge of provider-level health information technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Currently authorized to work full time in the U.S.; employment-based visa sponsorship is unavailable. Applicants may need to meet project-specific residency requirements.

Benefits

  • Remote work within the United States or from an AIR U.S. office location.
  • Anticipated annual salary of $87,000–$110,000 USD.
  • AIR Total Rewards Program with compensation informed by internal and external market equity.
