Description

  • Execute domestic and international vendor, payroll, intercompany, and statutory payments through multiple banking platforms.
  • Monitor daily cash balances, inflows, outflows, liquidity risks, and banking costs across ALU entities.
  • Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts, monthly entity reports, consolidated group reporting, and variance analyses.
  • Maintain payment trackers, review supporting documentation and approvals, and track transactions through bank confirmation.
  • Manage bank account administration, signatory updates, online banking access controls, and banking partner queries.
  • Coordinate WHT, VAT, and other statutory filings, maintain the compliance calendar, and liaise with tax authorities and advisors.
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain complete audit trails and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits, month-end treasury activities, payroll disbursements, and ad hoc finance projects.
  • Improve treasury procedures, workflows, approval controls, SOPs, and scalable cash-management processes.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, FP&A, People & Culture, Operations, auditors, and financial service providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, fund accounting, or finance operations.
  • Experience with payment processing, bank reconciliations, or cash management.
  • Working knowledge of WHT and VAT compliance is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, analytical thinking, integrity, and accountability.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Comfort with structured processes, internal controls, evolving environments, and risk escalation.
