Description

  • Act as the first line of defense for global customers and resolve questions and issues in a timely manner.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
  • Deliver on predefined team targets with high quality and excellence.
  • Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve issues received through email and live chat.
  • Lead support calls with customers as needed.
  • Escalate tickets to the appropriate internal teams and remain the customer’s point of contact through resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical global stakeholders.
  • Proactively learn the product and stay current on new features.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content and contribute to knowledge base articles, tutorials, and support documentation.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client or product support role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues simply.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-first mindset and comfort working through complex problems.
  • Ability to work well in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize rigorously under pressure.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt; much of the technical knowledge is expected to be learned on the job.
  • Interest in AI, technology, and software applications.
