Description

  • Write high-quality, performant, industry-standard code.
  • Design, build, and configure applications for enterprise data integration solutions.
  • Work with a globally distributed, cross-functional team to deliver product capabilities.
  • Maintain product expertise and technical mastery while contributing to the team.
  • Stay current with engineering processes, DevOps practices, and emerging trends.
  • Mentor Software Engineers to improve their skills and reduce development iterations.
  • Clarify requirements and develop effective solutions to technical challenges.
  • Drive technical maturity and organizational growth through continuous learning and new technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in Java or Python, or both.
  • Working understanding of at least one cloud service provider, preferably AWS.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience designing stateless and stateful microservices.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback rapidly.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale data integration systems.
  • Experience setting up MCPs for data integration.
  • Experience with asynchronous data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Experience with GenAI tooling for day-to-day productivity (preferred).
  • Experience with Helm charts and ArgoCD (preferred).
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (preferred).
