Description

  • Coach Analysts and Client Research Managers to achieve and exceed monthly call quotas and key performance metrics.
  • Develop, manage, and incentivize team members to improve results and service delivery.
  • Train, mentor, and develop Analysts through onboarding and post-onboarding support so they ramp within 12 weeks.
  • Interview and hire Analysts for the team.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings, compile team reports, and perform regular quality assurance reviews.
  • Work closely with Senior Managers and the Director of Operations to provide feedback and execute department-wide initiatives.
  • Coach team members to deliver professional communication and exceptional service to customers and experts.
  • Help Client Research Managers identify opportunities to increase engagement and call volume within their customer base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client service responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor a team to deliver world-class service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to listen actively, pick up context quickly, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Self-starter who can initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality results with limited supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Benefits

  • Total cash compensation range of $110,000 to $132,000.
  • Base salary range of $92,000 to $112,000.
  • 18% bonus included in total cash compensation.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity.
  • Equity may be offered.
  • Generous benefits program.
