Description

  • Lead end-to-end program management for mission-critical pricing initiatives from scoping and fiscal modeling through global rollout and post-launch optimization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure technical readiness and commercial consistency for pricing changes.
  • Design and institutionalize a global governance framework for reviewing and approving pricing models, discount structures, and packaging tests.
  • Partner with leadership on market research, competitive benchmarking, and data modeling to evaluate pricing and bundling strategies.
  • Define key performance indicators for new price books and multi-product bundles.
  • Develop executive communications that translate complex pricing data into recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale pricing and packaging transformations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS pricing and packaging, including seat-based and usage-based models and enterprise discounting frameworks.
  • Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to translate complex data into a strategic narrative for executive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and drive alignment across senior stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, Finance, and other functions.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working through ambiguity and deep cross-functional dependencies.
