Description

  • Act as the first line of support for customers globally and ensure timely, effective resolution of questions and issues.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience and resolve challenges.
  • Deliver customer support through email, live chat, and support calls as needed.
  • Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Escalate tickets to the appropriate internal teams when necessary and maintain ownership of customer communication until resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
  • Contribute to predefined team targets and deliver outcomes with high quality and excellence.
  • Proactively learn the product and stay current on new features and functionality.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles, tutorials, and other support documentation.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing product support or customer support role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to work through complex problems to find solutions.
  • Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Interest in AI, technology, and software applications.
  • Ability to learn technical product knowledge on the job.
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial team environment is preferred.
