Description

  • Act as the first line of support for customers globally and resolve questions and issues in a timely manner.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionality to maximize their experience.
  • Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve support inquiries submitted by email.
  • Escalate tickets to the appropriate internal teams when needed and maintain ownership of the customer relationship through resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
  • Deliver against predefined team targets with a high standard of quality and excellence.
  • Become an expert on the BamSEC product by continuously learning new features and closing knowledge gaps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve support content and contribute to knowledge base articles, tutorials, and other documentation.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client support or product support role.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Customer-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships and work effectively on a team.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt on the job.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize rigorously and work well under pressure.
  • Interest in systems, technology, and software applications.
