Professional Services

Description

  • Contribute operational perspective to workforce intelligence initiatives and discussions.
  • Provide workforce planning insight for construction markets and built environment operators.
  • Interpret labor market trends, compensation trends, and hiring pressure signals.
  • Review and validate workforce intelligence frameworks and regional labor market analysis.
  • Participate in discussions on execution capacity, labor scarcity, and contractor workforce visibility.
  • Offer strategic feedback on workforce intelligence systems and publications.
  • Support regional workforce visibility initiatives and industry trend interpretation.
  • Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and industry operators on advisory efforts.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in construction operations or a closely related leadership role.
  • Background in operations leadership, project management leadership, preconstruction leadership, workforce planning, construction operations, estimating leadership, labor planning, contractor growth strategy, operational execution, or field operations leadership.
  • Experience in roles such as Director of Construction, Vice President of Operations, Operations Manager, Senior Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Preconstruction Executive, Workforce Planning Leader, or Construction Executive.
  • Relevant experience in commercial construction, infrastructure, mission-critical construction, industrial construction, civil construction, or specialty trades.
  • Ability to participate in a flexible remote, advisory-oriented fellowship with limited monthly participation.
  • Willingness to provide discussion, feedback, and strategic interpretation on an ongoing basis.
  • Interest in workforce intelligence, labor market visibility, workforce strategy, and labor scarcity analysis.
  • Experience with compensation competitiveness or hiring trend interpretation is relevant.
  • Availability and interest may affect ongoing participation opportunities.
